Enhance and Empower Your Yoga Practice!


Sometimes when we are attending a huge group yoga class or doing yoga by ourselves, we may not notice the misalignment and may injure ourselves.

In our Museflower Self-Care Workshop this month, Museflower’s resident yoga teacher Kanlayanee Martthuean  (Jang) shares her knowledge on how to practice yoga safely at your own home or in group classes. She will share how to modify yoga poses suitable to your own level, and how to do gentle stretching to warm up your muscles to prevent injury. You will also learn how basic breathing techniques and Jala Neti to enhance your yoga practice.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and particularly helpful for beginners. 


- Learn how to practice yoga poses that are suitable to your level with modification and props

- Learn basic anatomy and gentle stretching to prevent injury during yoga or other fitness classes

- Learn breathing techniques to relax

- Learn Jala Neti (without Neti Pot) to keep your sinuses healthy

Welcome circle

Introduction to Basic Anatomy

Learn Pranayama (yoga breathing technique) and Jala Neti (nasal cleansing)

2.30 – 4.00pm

Hands-on Practice

Part 1: Gentle stretching movement to warm up muscles

(30 mins)

*Part 2: Practice basic yoga poses with modification and props (60 mins)


*Part 2 can be joined by other non-workshop guests as part of our regular wellness activity

About Kanlayanee Martthuean (Jang)

Born in Udon Thani, Northeastern part of Thailand, Kanlayanee (nickname Jang) has been working in the spa industry for more than 15 years. Jang is passionate about teaching and training wellness and yoga therapies, where she hopes to share her knowledge in aligning the body and mind back into balance.  She believes when the physical body is healthy, everything will flow.


2,250THB per person (4 hours total)

Price is all inclusive of government taxes. Full prepayment is required prior to workshop date to secure your space. 

For retreat package guests, you may use your class pass or other private sessions as credit discount (15% discount benefit cannot be applied). Newsletter 500THB discount or Thank you voucher 10% discount is also applicable to this workshop.

Please kindly reserve your space in advance, first come first serve basis with the maximum of participants at 12 guests. 

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or else a 50% cancellation fee may apply if such notice is not given. For no shows 100% of the workshop cost will be charged.
