Tania serves as a heart-based meditation teacher to show people how to meditate in a fun, easy and practical way. The beginner’s way.
Originally from Hong Kong, Tania now makes her home in Chiang Rai, Thailand, with her family as the founder and owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa since 2014.
Many years ago, she tried meditation believing that it should look a certain way, and it didn’t work. She gave it up and thought she was no good at it.
After many trials and errors, experiencing different wellness tools and meditations with various teachers, she finally lands on a practice that works for me.
Everyone can meditate – you just need to find the right style that matches you.
If you are too busy to meditate, if you want to give meditation a try but don’t know how, or if you have tried meditation and felt that it didn’t work for you but you are willing to give it a second chance, Tania is here to show you the why, the how and the when.
Tania offers various meditation classes and soulful retreats at Museflower Retreat & Spa. She has also studied a number of holistic therapies including devotional chanting, labyrinth walk, shamanic journeying, flower essences, and energy healing. Through soul card readings and intuitive healing sessions, she helps people to find clarity and support them where they are now on their journey.
