Common FAQ

No absolutely not. This retreat is open for everyone who is interested in writing and expressing their unique creativity and inner voice. However, if you already have a writing project in mind that you’d like to kickstart, this is perfect too.

Each component of the retreat program is crafted carefully to assist with the creative process, but everything is optional and you can take the retreat program at your own pace.

If you decide to skip any sessions, be sure to let your retreat facilitators Sarah and Tania know before hand. Please note that no partial refund will be made if you choose to skip any sessions of the retreat program.

  • Flight ticket to Chiang Rai
  • Transport pickup at other places outside of Chiang Rai city / bus terminal / airport or Chiang Mai

Yes if you like more individual one-on-one support during the retreat, you can book a private Soul writing session with Sarah or a private intuitive healing session with Tania.

You do receive a lot during the retreat already though. We suggest that you wait till you are here at Museflower and decide if you want to book private sessions once the retreat is started.

Sarah and Tania offer free online wellness gifts to all Soul Bliss writers and travelers to help reconnect and

We offer delicious, organic lacto/ovo vegetarian Thai/Asian food with buffet style dining, three meals a day.

Fresh produce is picked straight from our own on-site Aquaponics system and organic garden, and we source locally as much as possible.

We offer complimentary ozonized, chemical-free pure drinking water, herbal tea and healthy fruit snacks throughout the day.

Vegan or gluten-free option is available upon request. Please let us know upon reservation if you have food allergies or special dietary requirements.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available in public areas, such as the lobby, our restaurant Soul Food Corner, and by the pool lounge. Please ask for the password.

However, we recommend our guests to turn off their electronic gadgets as much as possible during your stay to fully enjoy and engage in the natural surroundings and the present moment.
