Rooms at Museflower are located in a cluster of cottages set in a garden facing our peaceful lake.
We offer clean, comfortable, and cozy rooms that can hold up to 36 people maximum at a shared basis.
The triple and superior rooms all have a covered terrace where guests can sit outside and enjoy the view.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and wall fans, windows with mosquito screens, a place to store clothes, and a bathroom with hot shower.
We also provide complimentary ozonized drinking water, hot water kettle, herbal tea, shampoo, and shower gel. Electronic amenities include hairdryer, plug-in mosquito repellent, and flashlight.

Pricing and Policy by Age

Room setup:
Our Triple Room comfortably fits 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant — 2 children may also be possible depending on their ages, so just ask us.
For more space, a rollaway bed can be added in Superior rooms (limited availability), and a baby crib is available on request (limited availability). For families needing more than this, we recommend booking a second room next door.
Spa:
Junior spa treatments are available from age 4 – 11. Ages 12–15 receive 20% off à la carte rates; 16 and up is adult pricing.
Wellness classes:
Generally for ages 12 and up, with a parent attending the same session. Younger children are welcome on select occasions — ask us, or book a private family class.
Supervision:
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including at our pool (1–1.7m deep, no lifeguard on duty) and in the gym.
We don’t currently offer babysitting or kids’ club services, so parents are responsible for their child’s care during the stay.
Booking:
Please share your children’s ages when booking, so we can help plan the right room and suggest the right program for your family.
Check-in: between 2 to 9pm (guests should arrive before 9pm)
Check-out: Noon
Late check out is possible if there are no other guests checking into the same room. Please inquire at our reception.
We believe that you have the right to reward our staff or not based on their performance and service to you.
Hence, we do not apply any service charges to our rates.

Chiang Rai Airport or bus terminal pickup transfer 2025/2026 rate: 380THB / car per one-way (max 3 people)
We can also arrange transfer pickup in other points in Chiang Rai or Chiang Mai. Please inquire the rates with us separately.
We love animals, however we do not provide any special facilities or food for your pets. Please let us know in advance prior your stay and we will try our best to make your pet stay comfortable. We require a security deposit for pets staying. Should your pet damage any items in the room, the security deposit will be automatically deducted based on the cost of damaged items.
Alcohol Policy
We do not serve any alcohol but many delicious drinks! Please refrain from bringing or drinking any alcoholic beverages in your room, as it may disturb your, as well as other guests’ detox and meditative progresses. If you would like to enjoy a drink outside, our Reception will be able to recommend a few places for you.
Drugs Policy
Any use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Recreational use of marijuana is also not allowed in our property. Any guests caught with drugs will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
Smoking Policy
As a holistic wellness retreat, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest and private residential areas of Museflower Retreat & Spa, including in the gardens. If you must smoke, we ask our guests to smoke by our designated area by the car park.
We provide covered complimentary parking for all our in-house guests at our entrance area. Parking is not allowed in the front of our lobby except for getting on or off vehicles.
