Cancellation charge applies to all classes if guests cancel after 5pm of the day before or no-show (100% of class price is charged).

Since COVID-19 is still a contagious disease that can spread to others easily, and some countries still have stricter traveling restrictions than Thailand, we ask our guests to follow the below protocol during your stay at Museflower Retreat & Spa should you be tested positive for COVID-19 during your stay, in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 to our other guests and staff.

When Symptoms Arise

When guests experience any of the following symptoms, such as cough, fever, tiredness, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, headache, and have been in recent contact with any COVID-19 patients, we ask the guests to please:

  • Inform our Reception immediately
  • Wear a disposable face mask immediately when you enter any guest areas. You may request free disposable face masks from our Reception.

Visiting Hospital:

Government hospitals do not offer PCR-testing anymore for COVID-19 patients. If your rapid test result is positive, you can visit the hospital to obtain medicine only. Self-isolation is depending on the individual patient’s situation.

Private hospitals still offer PCR-testing for additional costs. We recommend visiting Bangkok Hospital where the hospital staff can speak English, and Bangkok Hospital is about 45 minutes away from Museflower.

COVID patients are no longer required to stay overnight in hospitals unless they are in a serious condition.

If you’d like to visit the hospital to see a doctor, please let our Reception know to arrange transfer for you.

Changing Your Package:

If guests are booked under our retreat packages but can no longer enjoy the spa and wellness sessions due to COVID-19, we will adjust your package rate to our extended stay rate which charges room and three meals only. For any used spa, wellness sessions and transfer, we will charge them at a la carte prices.

Contacting Reception:

Our Reception team will check in with you when the meals are served three times a day. You can also text or call our Reception phone at +66-(0)93-137-0414 for additional assistance, and visit our Reception during 9am – 9pm (please make sure to wear a face mask).

When the Test Result Becomes Negative

When the guest recovers and the first rapid test result shows negative, the guest can resume all normal activities, include using all our facilities and entering guest areas without face mask. However, we recommend guest to repeat a second rapid test at a different time (in another 6 hours), to make sure your result stays negative.

Please be sure to inform our Reception team when your test result is negative.
