• Yoga Retreat Chiang Rai and Spa Thailand Getaway package: a minimum of 3 nights are required
• Extended Stay Rate: a minimum of 8 nights is required to be eligible for this rate
• Sacred Rest with Nature: a Soulful Retreat with Youmin and Tania (Dec 5 – 10 2025):  All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit upon booking. Newsletter credit voucher cannot be applied to this retreat.
• All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other discount or promotion
• Stay must fall entirely within the validity period and booking period
• Reservation is subject to availability and booking conditions
• Rate is net inclusive of all relevant taxes. Please note that no service charge is levied.

We believe that you have the right to reward our staff or not based on their performance and service to you.

Hence, we do not apply any service charges to our rates.

If you are happy with the service of our team, kindly leave them a gratuity at the reception.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit three days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation charge is applied if the reservation is cancelled within 3 days of arrival date, and no refund will be issued for all deposits paid.

In the exception case of extraordinary events, such as COVID-19, medical emergencies, travel restrictions, and natural disasters, all deposits paid can be used as credit towards any future bookings, valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

The center reserves the right to release non-guaranteed reservations at anytime with notification given to our guests.

All deposits paid are non-refundable. However, if you give a minimum of 72-hour cancellation notice, the deposit can be used as credit for future sessions with Tania (onsite or online). Should you cancel less than 3 days prior to the program begins, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Should Tania have any emergencies and would need to postpone or cancel the program, all deposits paid to Museflower Retreat & Spa will be refunded 100%.
