Cultivate your life force in harmony with nature
A weekend immersion into the wisdom of Qi Gong and Chinese energy practices, this retreat introduces gentle breathing exercises, Qi Gong movement, Qi Dance, and creative expression to help you sense, cultivate, and harness your vital life energy. Through these practices, you learn to support the natural flow of Qi, restoring balance and experiencing a deeper sense of vitality and harmony.
What is Qi and Why does Qi matter?
At the heart of these practices is Qi — the vital life force that flows through our bodies and sustains all living things. When Qi moves freely and in balance, we experience greater energy, mental clarity, and ease.
Throughout the weekend, you will explore simple yet meaningful Qi Gong principles that can be integrated into daily life. By cultivating awareness of how energy moves within the body, you learn practical ways to maintain balance and transform stress into renewed vitality in everyday life.
As your awareness of Qi deepens, you may also begin to experience a profound sense of connection with yourself and with nature. In many wisdom traditions, this realization is described as Oneness – the understanding that the life force within us and the life force around us arise from the same interconnected whole.
All practices are gentle and accessible, and the retreat welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to those already familiar with Qi practices.

LucyKin4, UKA beautiful slice of paradise fit with woody, green, glade vibes 🌳🌿✨. A lovely restful nature sanctuary where the spirit can rest. Lovely water fountains, fish, toads 🐸 and beautiful butterflies 🦋. The classes were very detailed and relaxing, just right for me. Thanks so much to A the lovely teacher, she was very supportive and attentive as were all the staff. The food was beautifully prepared and natural. I recommend doing a half or full day Temple and Mountain tour to explore the surrounding area. This was a cultural highlight for me and provided the perfect balance for the trip. Thank you to all the Team. I’m very grateful for the experience offered and I fully recommend. (posted on Tripadvisor Oct 19 2025)
McAleer77, BangkokWe have never done yoga or practiced meditation before so we can’t speak to the type or quality, but the teacher, A, was welcoming, upbeat, and really varied the classes. Thanks to her we really enjoyed the new experiences. The handful of guests during our stay were split between the yoga retreat and the spa retreat so our classes were just two to four people, which allowed A to tailor everything.
