In-touch is a movement awareness meditation which involves coming into the body through movement and touch, based on contact improvisation and somatic techniques. Our bodies hold a ‘story’ of who we are. What if we let go for a while and become a little or a lot more playful? Explore the language with no words through movement and touch. What can we learn from the way our bodies interact and how can we use this interaction to observe the mind and come into a sustained “flow state”?
