Originally from Hong Kong, Tania now makes her home in Chiang Rai, Thailand, with her family as the founder and owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa since 2014.
With years of trial and errors of what works and what doesn’t, Tania understands that things can get quite confusing especially at the beginning of embarking on a spiritual path.
At the beginning of her own spiritual journey, she tried meditation believing that it should look a certain way, and it didn’t work. She gave it up and thought she was no good at it.
After many years of experiencing different wellness tools and meditations with various teachers, she finally lands on a spiritual practice that works for her.
She realizes that everyone’s spiritual practice can look different and that everyone can meditate – we just need to find the right style.
If you are someone at the beginning of your spiritual journey, someone who has experienced a moment of awakening and wants to do something different in your life but doesn’t know how, Tania is here to support you.
She will guide you on how to build a spiritual practice by kickstarting a regular meditation practice at home, and by strengthening the connection with your intuition – both as essential foundation blocks to create your own spiritual practice.
She is not a yoga teacher (yet!), but Tania has studied a number of holistic therapies including devotional chanting, labyrinth walk, shamanic journeying, flower essences, and energy healing.
Tania also offers various meditation classes, intuition workshops, kirtan and private soul card readings at Museflower Retreat & Spa to help people find clarity and to support them where they are now on their path.
