What is this Workshop about?

In my free online Mantra Meditation workshop, you will learn how to meditate and chant with a mantra. Mantra is a Sanskrit word that means “tool of the mind and a sacred formula”, and it is a very easy-to-use tool that can help you go through any transitions.

As we repeat a mantra over and over again, our mind can relax and it becomes easier to connect with the inner stillness and listen to our wisdom within.

Every sound of a mantra can elicit a certain vibration, represented by the divine qualities of a deity. In this free workshop, we will be learning Ganesha’s mantra, who is the elephant-headed Hindu God for removing obstacles.

Through chanting mantra, we can harmonize our energy with the same frequency of love and wisdom and lean on the support of the Universe.

We can start to see that a transition is actually an initiation, letting us to take one step closer to live as our authentic self.

I’m originally from Hong Kong, and now I live in Chiang Rai, Thailand, with my family as the founder and owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa since 2014.

I’m originally from Hong Kong, and now I live in Chiang Rai, Thailand, with my family as the founder and owner of Museflower Retreat & Spa since 2014.

I first learned this one mantra “Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha” two years ago, and this mantra was the ONLY thing my mind could hold onto when I was delivering my second son via c-section back in January 2022. The mantra helped me go through the birth by keeping my anxiety at bay.

This mantra is always the one I use when I know I’m facing a challenging time or going through a transition in my life. I want to share this practice with you, so then you can feel more supported by the Universe.

It’s my belief that we are never meant to walk this journey alone on Earth. The Universe is always here to support you and me and all we need to do is to ask and be open to receive.

Practicing meditation and chanting together at the same time as a group amplifies the healing effects of the mantra for everyone, so I would love to see you there.
