Chiang Rai, Thailand, February 2020 – Northern Thailand’s leading holistic wellness retreat, Museflower Retreat & Spa Chiang Rai (www.musefloweretreat.com), raises the bar for the north’s wellness landscape with the launch of new Vibrational Healing Wellness Classes that are dedicated to gentle body, mind and spiritual healing.
What is vibrational healing?
According to the laws of physics, all matter – including earth, wind, fire, water, plants, animals and human beings – is made up of energy, frequencies, and vibrations.
Museflower Retreat founder and owner Tania Ho has introduced a series of unique Vibrational Wellness Classes that consist of holistic healing tools and spiritual practices that work on the body’s subtle energy levels to raise our bodies’ energy or vibrations. Raising the body’s energy vibrations can help lift a person’s body, mind and spirit up from exhaustion, stress, and depression. The classes offer healing tools that guests can learn and incorporate into their daily life at home, to raise their spirit and energy level.
Tania created the Vibrational Wellness Classes because she was inspired by what she calls the body’s most important superpower – our intuition, or sixth sense, or what people usually call their “vibes”.
Says Tania, “In modern society we’re not taught to tune into our intuition at school, but it’s one of the most important senses we can have. Intuition is a life skill that we can develop, like cooking or driving.”
Museflower offers the new “Tapping Into your Superpower – Intuition” class, a unique class not found in any other typical wellness retreats or resorts in Thailand. This class helps people learn how their intuition speaks to them through the five senses, which in turn, can help improve their awareness and make better decisions in life.
The new Vibrational Wellness Classes are the latest, unique addition to Museflower Retreat’s already wide selection of holistic therapies using many types of energy healing modalities, such as Reiki – a popular modality that balances the body’s energetic field, and Hado counselling – a type of energy healing modality that works by using a computer program and bio-resonance technology to identify the body’s energetic imbalances and neutralize these imbalances with water.
Crystal healing and flower essences are also popular offerings at Museflower. These all work on a subtle, unseen, subconscious level, yet are very powerful in balancing our bodies’ energies and emotions. Museflower also offers special music meditation classes, such as Inner Dance Sound Healing and In Touch Movement Meditation, that allow us to connect deeper into our body and mind.
Museflower Retreat’s Vibrational Healing classes are open to both in-house guests and outside guests. The classes are every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10.30 a.m. to 12 noon, priced at THB 1,000 per person per 90-minute class.
