What Is The Best Way To Support Ourselves In This Cycle?

2. Self-Renewal: As I clean out old energies, I have more space for that which wants to be birthed into my life.

This card shows that the best way we can support ourselves during this cycle is to clean out old energies, in other words – it’s time to declutter!

Look around your surroundings and environment – where you live, where you work, and where you meditate. It’s the perfect time for some spring cleaning.

My healing circle’s class mate once shared that when she was hesitant on whether or not to discard something during the decluttering process, she would invoke her Divine presence to come assist her. Once she was reconnected to her Divine presence, she knew what to do. The ego couldn’t get in the way anymore.

The image of the card shows that there is an eye inside the woman’s heart. We all have a Divine spark within us. This Divine spark resides inside our heart, and is connected with our “I AM presence” – our God / Divine Self, or Spirit with a big “S”.
 
There is a difference between our soul and Spirit. Our soul carries the blueprint of our current life, memories of our past lives, our purpose, soul gifts, lessons and experiences.
 
Spirit, on the other hand, is the Divine (or you can say God, Goddess, Source, Universe, Nature, Creator, the higher intelligence that is beyond our understanding, or the Grand Mystery of Life).
 
Spirit is formless. Our soul is a form created by Spirit to experience the Divine. All our souls are connected to Spirit, like a drop of sea water from the same ocean.
 
So yes, invoke your spiritual support team, such as your guardian angels, spirit guides, power animals, ancestors, other angels and archangels, ascended masters, and Spirit to support you energetically in your daily life.
 
However, remember that we also have this Divine spark within us. That is your inner Light. We all hold Divine wisdom, Divine love and Divine power.
 
As we invoke our Divine presence, knowing that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, we can detach from our belongings, expectations, habits, thought forms, beliefs and even all the identities and roles we carry in this life.
 
Connecting with our own Divine presence can also help us to face our shadows –  the parts within us that we do not want to accept and push aside. Perhaps we feel ashamed of our body. Perhaps we become aware that we are attached to the role of a victim.
 
It’s time to put aside any negative judgments you have on yourself. Observe, witness, and feel everything through the eyes of the Spirit with unconditional love, forgiveness and grace.
 
As we face our shadow, we are bringing healing to ourselves and stepping into wholeness. Just like when we switch on the lights in a dark room.
 
Light always penetrates into darkness, and not the other way round.
 
Know that you always have all the support you need. Trust the Divine presence within you.
TRY THIS AFFIRMATION: I have all the support I need to be my true Self.
 

Repeat this affirmation as often as you need during this lunar cycle. You can also personalize this affirmation with a specific goal or topic in mind.

For example, I have all the support I need for losing weight. I have all the support I need for giving birth. I have all the support I need to achieve my dream goal.
