Welcome to Day 4 of your 7-day chakra home retreat challenge!

Today we move up to the heart and lungs area – the Heart Chakra.

The topic of the heart plexus chakra is about our connection to unconditional love, compassion and forgiveness.

When our heart chakra is balanced, we know that we are loved. We do not seek to possess or obsess over people or things in order to feel loved. Our heart feels light and we can view the world through the lens of compassion, knowing that we are all connected and one on a deepest level.

I hope you will enjoy today’s challenge and activities as suggested below. You can refer to Today’s Resources section for more ideas or you can let me know what works for you so I can add to the list for future home retreat challengers.

Remember, our goal for our home retreat is to take this opportunity to practice mindfulness in our daily life and to tune into ourselves.

Fill yourself with love, so much love that it’s overflowing from your heart and it spills to others.
