Welcome to Day 5 of your 7-day chakra home retreat challenge!
Today we move up to the throat area – the Throat Chakra.
The topic of the throat chakra is about our communication and how we express our truth and our authentic voice.
When our throat chakra is balanced, we are confident to express our truth and to voice our needs. We are also active listeners and acknowledge and accept the voices of others.

Remember, our goal for our home retreat is to take this opportunity to practice mindfulness in our daily life and to tune into ourselves.
