Q: What exactly are superfoods? Why are they “super”?  

A: Superfoods are “super” because of their nutritional density, which gives them an amazing ability to deliver high voltage energy to the body.  Kirlian Photography, which shows how much energy an object has by showing the amount of light emanating from it, has proven that these Superfoods contain much higher energy frequencies that other foods.

When we eat foods with more energy, the more radiant, vibrant and healthy we feel. The more energy we have in our body, the faster we heal, and the stronger our bio field gets.

On the other hand, when we eat food products that are synthetic, processed, or altered – such as junk food – the more sluggish and tired we feel. Imagine having a Tesla car that runs on electricity, yet you insist on feeding it gasoline – it’s the same with our body. Our body is a human machine that was designed to run on energy, which we can easily get from eating fresh. vibrant plants and their extracts.

Any fresh plant that has high vibrations and is rich in anti-oxidants can be considered as superfood. But since it’s hard to exist eating only raw food, we can also eat powdered superfoods to get the benefits of wellbeing.

Q: Can you explain how superfoods “activate our original blueprint” and “speak directly to our DNA”?

A:  The human system is the most sophisticated piece of machinery in the universe, its original blueprint is perfect health. Our DNA is perfect. There is an inborn perfection within each and every one of us.

What does this mean?

For example, if someone is having acne or is overweight, or worse – has some kind of deficiency that led to an illness, they have deviated from their original blueprint – from their perfect health. It means that something in the system went off balance. With a careful examination and a few changes in diet and hopefully life style, we can re-align with the laws of nature, and assist our human system to restore itself to the state of its original blueprint.

There are some well-known doctors who speak on this subject extensively. Natural healing is where raw living foods, plant based organic eating and superfoods are mentioned the most.

Ironically, we often need to hit the rock bottom before we open our mind to a new perspective. It doesn’t have to be that way. We can learn and re-learn and shape our body, state of being, our life, any way we desire.

Since superfoods carry high vibration, natural energy – which cannot be said about a package of long-lasting cookies from the supermarket, or a hot dog from 7/11.  When you eat superfoods, they bombard our cells with harmonious healing frequencies, allowing us to reclaim our health and harmony which are our birth right.

That is how everything we ingest influences us on a deep cellular level.

Q: Which are the most powerful superfoods ingredients and why are these the most powerful?

A: The most powerful superfoods are the ones that carry the highest frequency, offering the most life force energy.  Fresh organic vegetables and fruits, sprouts, herbs, and greens are powerful superfoods. Powerful green plants like Spirulina, Chlorella, Moringa, and Matcha are superfoods.

The most basic rule to keep in mind is, the less processed, the less modified food is, the higher its frequency and ability to nourish the cells of those consuming it.

Q: Other than physical health can superfoods help your emotional and mental state too?

A:  It’s a well-known scientific fact that food affects our state of wellbeing, be it mentally or emotionally, physically or spiritually.

Dr Mark Hyman put it so eloquently, “Food is not just calories, if is information. It talks to your DNA and tells it what to do.”  What we ingest tells us what to do and how to feel.

Let’s look at something easy, something that everyone knows.

When we feel anxious and need to calm down – what foods do we go for?  Chamomile or valerian tea. Right? Correctly so, they are herbs with soothing and calming effects.

When we need some extra energy to wake up or finish that work load – what do we go for?  A cup of coffee, right? For most people coffee is a known short term energy booster.

We already know that food helps our state of wellbeing.  We run to food for comfort and for answers much more than we realize.

This is how some superfoods work on us:

Raw Cacao is a well-known mood booster.  The youth in some countries is known to trip on raw cacao by sniffing it!  Take a few beans or a good 80% dark chocolate, and you feel happier. Why? Because cacao stimulates the release of several major neurotransmitters, resulting in improved mood.

Ginseng, Ashwagandha, and Maca root are well known aphrodisiacs. They are superfoods that boost libido and ignite sexual fire.

There is a message encoded in every bite, every sip, every snack.  Every plant, every thing that we ingest has its own frequency that will be carried to every cell of our being, which will be influenced on a cellular level, whether we know it or not – .it is the natural law.  When we become aware of how this natural law works, we can become empowered – we get to choose the messages that we wish to send to every fibre of our being.

Q: Are there any specific illnesses or health conditions that superfoods are known to heal?

A: Plants have been healing humans since the beginning of time. There is a plant for every illness. it is a deep subject that must be researched and figured out individually. Self-healing is a very individual experience, there is no one cure all.

Q: Can superfoods help you lose weight?

A: Yes, taken correctly superfoods can help lose weight and even maintain it.
