What is the Message of Truth being shown to us in this Lunar Cycle?
Card Deck: Soulful Woman Guidance Cards by Shushann Movsessian & Gemma Summers
  1. Appreciation – Appreciating the good that exists in my here-and-now expands my awareness to all that is good in the universe.

The key message for this lunar cycle is coming back to gratitude, and what a perfect card to end this year 2021 with.

December tends to be a busy holiday season for most people, whether we are working in the service industry, or preparing for the celebration of Christmas and/or New Year with our friends and family.

It’s easy to want to rush through the daily chores and tasks to reach the final destination – a time when we can finally put our legs up and relax completely (would there be such a moment ever honestly?).

This past year has continually been challenging for a lot of people and businesses with the global pandemic still going on. One may ask, how is it possible to see the bright side when there are so many struggles and challenges every day?

One morning when I woke up, I realize my mind was constantly filled with different thoughts. It seemed like my mind could not quiet down. There are so many things I want to do and finish before I go on my maternity break (that’s my “final destination” in my mind). Then as I did my japa meditation, I was reminded to focus on the pause between each syllable of the mantra.

“Dwell in the pause.
The Divine is in the present moment.”

My inner voice said.

I realize I want to rush through every task so I can tick off everything on my never-ending to-do list. I am now reminded to focus and live in the present moment.

The woman in the card appears to be calm and centered. She holds a dove in her hand just in front of her heart center, symbolizing inner peace and a sense of groundedness radiating from her being. She is covered by an invisible golden veil and there are two transparent golden birds hovering over her. To me, it is a reminder that the Universe is always there to support and protect us.

When we have constant worries and lots of thoughts in our mind, surrender them to the Universe. Ask the Universe for support and trust that you will receive the help and guidance that you need. You can also thank the Universe in advance for the help and support you receive, saying an affirmation like “ I am grateful for the support of the Universe today”.

Last but not least, carve out some quiet time and space in this busy month to reflect on the past year before leaping ahead to 2022. What are you grateful for in 2021? How have you grown and evolved? How are you more wise?

If these questions seem may too much to think about, start with today. What is one thing you are grateful for today? What beauty can you see in your life today? What is one thing that you can appreciate yourself / your body for today?

Start to cultivate your gratitude practice (never too late to start), and you will see that indeed there is a lot of divine beauty in our world today.

I am grateful for the support from the Universe to speak my truth.

Repeat this affirmation as often as you need during this lunar cycle. A great tip is to write your affirmation on a piece of paper and place it somewhere you can see every day as a reminder.

You can refer to my blog here on a simple guideline on how to write your own affirmation here.

Feel free to change the words to make it 100% aligned to you.

For example,

I am grateful for the divine beauty all around me.

I am grateful for my body and health.

I am grateful to breathe.

I am grateful to speak my truth.

I appreciate all the help and support from the Universe (or people around me).

We have now come to the last lunar cycle of 2021, what a year! This is also the last card reading post for 2021, and we have now come to the end of our 12 Cycles of Soulful Magic online wellness project.

I apologize that I could not continue to commit to what I promised to offer in our 12 Cycles of Soulful Magic since mid-year. Everything changed when I got pregnant. My attention shifted inwards. I had a strong feeling to focus on letting go of what no longer served me in order to create new space for another new chapter of my life to come. I didn’t feel like I had much to share to the outside world, as there was a lot of shifts and changes going on in my personal life.

I want to thank to all of you who have been reading my lunar cycle card reading blogs. I have enjoyed writing these blogs and that is practically the only one thing I can keep up to do every month for our 12 Cycles of Soulful Magic online wellness project.

I am not sure if I will continue writing the lunar cycle card reading blogs next year, as I will begin my maternity leave in January 2022. I’m sure lots will change again after I give birth, and lots to adjust before I can come back to work fully. I don’t want to make any promises yet at this point. Writing is still what I enjoy incredibly and nourishes my soul deeply, so that is one thing I will keep on doing.

Anyhow, I will keep you updated in our newsletter. If you haven’t subscribed to Museflower’s newsletter yet and would like to stay in touch, you can do so here.

Wishing you all a jolly Christmas and happy new year!

I’ll see you again in 2022.

I recognize that my interpretation of the cards is largely based on reflections of my personal life experience and you may or may not resonate with what I share. I find that sometimes by sharing what’s going on in my life, others may find that they are going through something similar in their lives. It’s important to know that you are not going through this journey of life alone.

I highly encourage you to look at the cards as well and feel into the messages and energies of the cards yourself.

Read the messages and notice what sensations come up. Do you feel light or tense? Look at the images of the cards, and notice what draws your gaze. What thoughts and feelings arise? Do you like or dislike the card, or certain elements in the image of the card? Why is that and what does it remind you of?

Your intuition is your inner compass. My intuitive soul card reading only serves as a reference point, an invitation for you to reflect and ponder and to work your magic. I don’t claim to predict the future, nor can I do that. Take what you resonate and leave what you don’t.

Card reading is a great intuitive tool for us to find some clarity and guidance in our own life, but remember ultimately you are the one who get to decide and live the life you want.

Enjoy reading and feel free to let me know your thoughts, questions and sharing by email.
